Seattle Washington.

Every turn of our journey proves to be exciting and a new adventure.  On our way through Washington state we decided to stop and go to the top of the Space Needle.  This top picture is of a tunnel with a house on top, we all thought this was very unusual.

On our way to the needle we saw boat planes.  It was planes that sat out on the bay, on the water.  Kinda cool.  We think so anyway, just never seen this in real life.

We rode the elevator to the top of the Space Needle which took 41 seconds.  Very fast ride.
Here are some of the pictures we took from the top.  You could see all of Seattle.

This building was cool, it was Seattle's music center.

The 605-foot tall Space Needle was completed in December 1961 and officially opened just four months later on the first day of the World's Fair, April 21, 1962.

The Space Needle was built on a 120' x 120' lot formerly owned by the city of Seattle, which was sold to investors for $75,000 in 1961, just one year before the opening of the World's Fair
