We finally got to go see the Statue of Liberty !! Last week we had tickets to go to the Crown of Lady Liberty. But due to the snow storm here in Washington DC we had to cancel those. Luckily we were able to get pedestal tickets. With this ticket we were able to climb all the way up the pedestal of the Statue. That in it’s self was way up. Johnny and I both got a little squimish, can’t imagine going all the way to the crown. The snow covered New York sky line was a great site from the Pedestal. We were so glad to have had the opportunity to visit this great American historic site, THE STATUE OF LIBERTY!!!
The Statue of Liberty was a gift to the USA, do you know who gave it to us??
